Submissions

To begin the submission process, please go to the 2019 ISPP Annual Meeting event website and select the “Submissions” tab along the top of the page. You will have a choice of submitting a paper, poster, roundtable, panel, or blitz presentation. Once you arrive at the submission portal you must sign in and verify your information, then follow the screen prompts to submit your proposal. If you do not already have an account with ISPP, you are required to create one at the sign in page before making your submission.

We welcome proposals for papers, posters, panels, or blitz presentations, on any area of political psychology including, but not limited to, the application of experimental designs, public opinion surveys, and narrative approaches to the study of political ideology, political behavior, human values, social justice, cultural norms, personality dynamics, social identification, intergroup relations, political leadership, collective action, protest, and societal transformation.

We are interested in bringing together new research from a range of disciplines: political science, psychology, sociology, economics, anthropology, biology, communication, history, philosophy, and other disciplines. We hope to bring about an exciting intellectual exchange that will enrich the study of political psychology and help us to better understand the dynamics of society and politics in the world today.
